2025-11-19
- Recorded three versions of the bank so far, but testing has been limited.
- The versions were less amenable to auto-tuning despite recording with BGM.
- Recorded at 16/48 sample rate.
- Decided to use Recstar to speed up the process, but it failed at 96 kHz due to bugs that break
the end of the take.
- Late night session (past 2:00 AM) sparked an idea to create an additional voice version—like
Automaton (disposed).
- Employed speech synthesis and synths to generate consonants.
- Extracted vowels from previous bank versions.
- Engaged in "Frankensteining" to combine and create unique sounds. And decide not to use it
2025-11-20
- Corrected the bank by adjusting mispronounced sounds.
- Fixed speech defects and removed unintended aspirations from recordings.
- Sent the updated samples back for review.
2025-11-21
- Began organizing all files.
